Intracommunity supply

Intra-Community supply is involved if you purchase or sell a car B2B (company to company) from one European country to another. This represents an intra-Community acquisition for the purchaser of the vehicle(s) in the EU country to which the vehicle(s) is/are sent. The purchaser must pay the VAT in the country of destination.

Required documents for an Intra-Community Supply
Intra-Community supply is involved if you purchase or sell a car B2B from one European country to another. Every company within the European Union has the possibility to purchase a car without VAT. You have to provide a valid VAT identification number and company registration documents. All required documents may be submitted by e-mail for verification.

What do you need?

Company (registration) documents
Original passport of the company owner or director
Valid company VAT identification number

Confirm your purchase via e-mail
In case you would like to confirm a purchase, we kindly request you to send us all the required documents for an Intra-Community acquisition via e-mail. If you deliver all documents correctly, one of our employees will send you a purchase agreement directly. You will be instructed by e-mail about the further delivery procedure.
